After graduating from The American University in Washington, DC in 1990, Andrew returned to his hometown of New Orleans, LA where he entered the financial services industry working for a local insurance and investment firm. Early in his career, Andrew focused his practice on comprehensive wealth planning, helping his clients identify their financial needs, goals and objectives and providing solutions.
Upon arriving in Philadelphia in 2007, Andrew continued his practice working with The Philadelphia Group, a Northwestern Mutual network office providing financial security planning to individuals, families and their businesses. In July of 2017, continuing with his passion to strive for the optimal practice offering objective, independent solutions for his clients, Andrew took his established practice and launched The Leyens Group. An independent financial service firm partnered with Cambridge Investment Research which is one the nation’s largest privately-owned independent broker-dealers and RIAs. This partnership with Cambridge provided the structure to allow Andrew to focus on his clients while gaining the flexibility and freedom needed to operate a modern Advanced Wealth Planning business.
